Why list your event on Agilis
Agilis is the 100% free dating app where members go to meet someone real. Events give them somewhere to do it. Your listing appears in the app's Events tab for members nearby, and every one of them can ask a match to come with them. Your event becomes their first date.
List an event in minutes
Title, venue, date, an image and your booking link. Once published it's live in the app, and you can edit, reschedule or cancel from the same dashboard.
Reach singles nearby
Your event shows to members within reach of your venue, sorted by distance, with your category and price on the card. No targeting to configure.
Built for two
Every listing carries an invite button. Members ask a match to come along, and the pair arrive together, often buying two tickets rather than one. Classes, comedy, food and nights out do particularly well.
Keep every penny
Agilis links members to your own booking page. We don't sell your tickets, so we don't take a cut of them. The flat listing fee is the only charge.
Clicks and invites
See how many members opened your booking page, each counted once, how many invited someone to come with them, and how many are going. Attendance and invites are shown in bands, so nobody's privacy is compromised.
REST API for organisers
Publish, reschedule and cancel events from your own systems. Built for venues, promoters and ticketing partners listing events at scale.
What will it cost?
One flat price per event, whatever its size and wherever it is. There's no audience calculation and no daily rate. Choose how many events you'd like to list.

Listings are paid upfront and are non-refundable once published, including if you later cancel the event. You can reschedule a published event at no extra charge.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything event organisers need to know about listing on Agilis.
How does listing an event on Agilis work?
You register your organisation as an advertiser, then publish an event from the Ad Portal with its title, venue, date, an image and a link to your booking page. The category members browse by is worked out from your wording, and you see it before you pay. Once published, it appears in the Events tab of the Agilis app for members near your venue. Members can mark themselves as going and invite a match to come with them. When they want to book, they tap through to your page.
What kinds of events work best?
Anything two people might do together on a first or second date: dance and cookery classes, life drawing, pottery, comedy nights, gigs, food and drink events, quiz nights, walking tours, wine tastings. Weekly classes do particularly well because members can suggest a specific date. Large-venue concerts and sport are welcome too.
How much does it cost?
One flat price per event: £10. If your organisation is billed in another currency, it's £10 converted at the day's European Central Bank reference rate. The price is the same whether your event holds twelve people or twelve thousand, and however far ahead you list it. There's no audience-based pricing and no per-day rate.
What do clicks and invites mean?
Clicks is the number of members who opened your booking page from anywhere in the app, each counted once however many times they tap. It is not an impression count: a member seeing your event in a list is not a click. Going is the number of members who said they are going, or who agreed to go together with a match. Invites is the number who asked someone to come with them, and you'll also see how many of those invites were accepted. Invites tend to be the more useful figure: it shows your event wasn't just browsed, but was worth suggesting as a date.
Do you take a cut of ticket sales?
No. Agilis doesn't sell your tickets. Members are linked to your own booking page, and every sale is yours. The listing fee is the only charge.
Can I get a refund?
No. Listings are non-refundable once published, including if you cancel the event. You can reschedule a published event to a new date, or edit its details, at no charge.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Both are done from the Ad Portal, or through the API, at no charge. You are responsible for informing everyone who has booked through your own booking system of the change and the reason for it. Agilis may notify its members of a reschedule or cancellation, but does not guarantee it, and is not responsible for communication about your event. Please do cancel rather than leaving a listing up for an event that isn't running, so nobody turns up to a closed door.
Will I see who's coming?
No. Member privacy comes first, so you'll never see names or profiles. You'll see how many members opened your booking page (each counted once), how many are going, meaning they said so or agreed to go with a match, and how many invited someone along. The last two are shown as bands rather than exact figures.
Can I change an event after publishing it?
Yes, free of charge. From the Ad Portal or the API you can edit the title, description, booking link, ticket price, venue and image. The category is worked out again from your new wording and shown before the change goes live. Dates are changed by rescheduling. You remain responsible for telling your own bookers about any change.
How long is my event listed for?
Until it happens. A listing is one dated occurrence. If you run a weekly class, list each date you'd like members to see. Recurring listings are on our roadmap.
What currencies can I pay in?
You pay in your organisation's billing currency, which you choose when you register it with Agilis. Your balance, payments and invoices are all in that currency. Agilis bills in 13 currencies: British pounds, euros, US dollars, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars, Mexican pesos, Swiss francs, Danish kroner, Norwegian kroner, Swedish kronor, Polish złoty and UAE dirhams. Prices are set in pounds sterling and converted each working day at the European Central Bank reference rate. Your billing currency can't be changed online once your organisation is approved.
Is there an API?
Yes. The Agilis REST API lets you publish, list, reschedule and cancel events programmatically, and retrieve analytics. It follows the same conventions as our Offers API and includes a TEST environment. See the API documentation.
